Q1. I haven't received my receipt email with download code.
Typically you will receive your receipt email containing your download code within 3 minutes of making your purchase, however there may be a
delay so you should allow up to an hour. If you still haven't received you email please try the following steps:
There are 2 common reasons why you haven't received your receipt email:
1. You need to add orders@JustDocs.co.uk to your safe senders list, if not you may find our emails are treated as spam and
filtered into your spam or junk mail box.
2. The email address you are using is different to the email address you use for PayPal, we send your receipt email containing your
download code to the email address registered with PayPal. If this is the case click here to enter your preferred email address and your
item number, the item number is obtainable through PayPal;
1. Log in to PayPal.
2. Find your purchase.
3. Click on purchase details.
4. Locate item number.
5. Insert item number, old email address and preferred email address here.
Q2. Do you post the documents?
We do not post the documents to they are available to download, we took this decision as we want to save costs on postage and logistics and
pass these costs on to our customers. Instead we operate a download system so you can have access to your documents almost immediately.
