Consultancy Agreement

A Consultancy Service Agreement is a legally binding agreement between the Customer and a Service Provider, which governs the terms and conditions under which the consultancy is to operate. This agreement is drafted specifically for those cases where the Customer wishes to hire the services of a Service Provider, who will provide Consultants to carry out the professional services required by the Customer.
