Deed Of Revocation
A Deed of Revocation is a legal document used by a Donor to terminate a Power of Attorney. It is usually used either to cancel an Ordinary Power of Attorney (Special or General) or to cancel a Lasting Power of Attorney prior to the Donor losing mental capacity.
